Lil theory: 404 probably hates the knight. I have nothing to base this off but I suspect a knight would be the one to indulge in overcomplicated philosophy. (Pretty sure he says something like 'I don't overcomplicate my passions... Unlike someone else.' but my memory is a bit fuzzy) (also maybe the angel for the same reason.)

But seriously, this is absolutely the most fun I've had with a game in a long time. I really overdid it with the "PLEASE" route and I think I blew my voice out trying to do 404's laugh, lol, but it was all worth it! I love the whole story set up too, it's all super interesting and I can't wait to meet the other monsters who will probably smear my innards on the walls!

I wanted to ask y'know if you wanted to keep 404 from unaliving you from excitement, how much rope/chain would you need to keep him at bay?

a lot of rope and a lot of chain, and even then with enough time he'd get out anyways
